Meet Marise

In life, change is inevitable. Sometimes we want it, and sometimes we don't. Sometimes it comes easy, and sometimes it's among the hardest thing we'll ever try to do.

So, me and my colleagues are here to help!

Marise provides licensed counseling for individuals, couples, families, and organizational leaders in Montana to increase Emotional Intelligence, understand Nervous System Regulation, and build Shame Resilience for confidence and healthy self-esteem.

She also supervises an intern, Allison Gilley, in Big Sky, Montana, offering in-person and online sessions at an affordable sliding scale fee which is great for those without insurance.

Marise's therapeutic approach is rooted in Somatic Psychology and, in addition to depression, anxiety, and trauma, her counseling specialties include Shame Resilience, Grief & Loss, ADHD, and Primary Dementia Caregivers.

In addition to her therapeutic work, her passion project is creating innovative communities for ADHD and Dementia Caregivers given their unique and ongoing needs. She also offers workshops on grief, shame, and emotional intelligence and regulation, and works with small groups and organizations for customized educational programs.

So, come on in, take a look around, stay in touch, and contact me on how you want to experience your change!
